They cost $1,200,000 COP a month, VAT included: 12 one-hour individual classes, 2 or 3 a week, with no commitment. They're for a job interview, a presentation, an exam like TOEFL or IELTS, or for moving faster than in a group. You start within 2 to 5 working days.

What do people ask before getting in touch?
How many classes do I need?
It depends on your goal and your deadline. For an interview in two weeks, 6 to 8 sessions are usually enough; for general fluency, three a week for a few months.
How much is 1-to-1?
$1,200,000 COP a month, VAT included: 12 one-hour individual classes, 2 or 3 a week, no commitment.
Can I choose the schedule?
Yes. In 1-to-1, the schedule is set with you, based on the teacher's availability.
Is it always the same teacher?
Yes. That way they know your usual mistakes, your vocabulary and your goal.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?

Can I switch from 1-to-1 to a group?
Yes, at the end of the period you're paying for.
How do your 1-to-1 classes work each month?
What does the 1-to-1 plan include?
12 one-hour individual classes a month, live and online, with your native teacher. 2 to 3 classes a week, on the days and times we agree with you. $1,200,000 COP a month, VAT included.
When does my month start and end?
Your month starts on the day of your first class and ends the day before the same date next month (for example, October 20 to November 19).
What happens if I cancel a class?
If you tell us 24 hours or more in advance, the class doesn't count and we move it to another time within your month. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the class counts as taken.
How do I let you know I can't make it?
From your Modo On page, with the «Cancelar una clase» (cancel a class) button, or on WhatsApp at +57 313 243 4056. What counts is the time your message reaches us.
What if the teacher or Modo Inglés cancels?
That class never counts against you. We offer you another time within the same month.
What happens to classes I don't use?
Classes you don't take within your month expire when the month ends; they don't carry over to the next month.
What if I'm late?
The class ends at the agreed time; lost time isn't made up.
Can I change my fixed schedule?
Yes. Give us a week's notice and we'll adjust it to your teacher's availability.
How does payment work if my company pays?
At the start of each month we send an electronic invoice to your company, which pays by bank transfer under its usual supplier payment terms. Classes start once the company confirms the order. If you're paying yourself, we send you a payment link before your month starts.
Do I have to sign up for several months?
No. It's month to month, with no commitment. If you don't want to continue, just tell us before your month ends.
