We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for people already living in Colombia, who speak English natively or fluently, and who genuinely enjoy teaching.
You live in Colombia
Bogotá, Medellín, Cali or anywhere. Online classes from wherever you are. In-person, Bogotá only.
Native or fluent English
English as a first language or total fluency. We don't judge accent — we look for clarity, fluency and the ability to connect with adults.
You can lead a structured class
Planned lessons, levels and a clear goal per session — not free conversation. Lead with purpose, correct in real time, keep the group's pace.
Mornings, evenings, or both
Morning block 7–9am Monday to Friday, evening block 6–8pm Monday to Thursday. One or both. No fixed minimum hours.
What do teachers ask us?
Do I need a teaching certificate?
Not required, but a plus. What we value most is the ability to connect with adult professionals, lead a structured class, and help the student genuinely progress.
Are classes online or in-person?
Both. Online classes are live, from anywhere in Colombia. In-person classes are Bogotá only. Pay varies by format.
When are the classes?
We have two blocks: morning (7–9am) Monday to Friday, and evening (6–8pm) Monday to Thursday. You can teach one or both. There's no fixed minimum — we fill your schedule based on your availability.
What are the students like?
Max 5 per class, grouped by CEFR level. Working adults — engineers, managers, entrepreneurs — who pay to improve and show up motivated every session.
What's the selection process?
You fill the form, we reply within 48 hours. If there's a good fit, we do a trial class together — no pressure. No endless process.
